By accessing or using any BasiraSoft software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.
1.2 Description of Service
BasiraSoft provides desktop-based Point of Sale (POS) and business management solutions, including TileLogic, RxVault, SmartMart, and MobiCore. Services include software licensing, technical support, and data synchronization.
1.3 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your software license keys and user credentials. BasiraSoft is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect this information.
1.4 Prohibited Uses
As a condition of your use of the Software, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Bypass license verification or use a single license on multiple unauthorized terminals.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the software.
- Use the software to store or transmit malicious code.
1.5 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via our website or software update channel. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Software License
2.1 License Grant
BasiraSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the software on the number of terminals specified in your purchase agreement.

2.3 Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the license to any third party without written consent from BasiraSoft Technologies.
2.4 Activation
Licenses are tied to specific hardware IDs (Fingerprints). Re-activation on new hardware is subject to verification and may consume one of your available transfer slots.
2.5 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including copyrights and trademarks, are owned by BasiraSoft Technologies.
Privacy Policy
3.1 Who We Are
BasiraSoft Technologies (SECP Registration No. ) is a Pakistani software company based in Lahore. We build offline-first Windows desktop software, including TileLogic POS, RxVault, SmartMart POS, and MobiCore POS.
- We collect your name, email, phone number, and business name to respond to inquiries.
- Our desktop products run fully offline and do not transmit business data.
- We use anonymous analytics to improve our website performance.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
3.2 Data We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us for sales, demos, or support. We also collect automated technical data through our website analytics and software activation process.

We do not share your business data. Contact information is stored securely on Supabase servers for administrative purposes only.

Refund Policy
4.1 Software Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of software and the availability of a 30-day free trial, we generally do not offer refunds once a license has been activated.
4.2 Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:
- Technical inability to activate the software on compatible hardware.
- Critical system-wide bugs that prevent core operations (if unpatched for 7 days).
- Duplicate payments or incorrect order processing.
4.3 Trial Period
We strongly encourage all users to fully utilize the 30-day trial to ensure hardware and workflow compatibility before making a purchase.
4.4 Process
To request a refund, please contact billing@basirasoft.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reasoning.
Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
BasiraSoft is not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
5.3 User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own business records and ensuring compliance with local taxation and regulatory requirements.
5.4 Data Loss
While we provide backup tools, you are responsible for maintaining secondary backups. BasiraSoft is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure.
Governing Law
6.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
6.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
6.4 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BasiraSoft regarding the use of our products.
